The KIBO Activity Cards represent a different model for KIBO Curriculum. Rather than the teacher-focused formal lesson plans in Growing with KIBO and Exploring with KIBO, the Activity Cards are student-focused, with big, colorful images and easy-to-follow instructions.
These cards support a semi-independent “stations” model for KIBO use. They also work great for home / consumer use, with caregivers and children working through the cards together.
The development process was mostly in-house, by adapting some of the existing activities from our earlier activity cards (from the DevTech Research Group team) and lesson plans. We beta tested the activity cards with our Ambassador team.
